What services does Villa Check In offer?

Villa Check In provides comprehensive guest registration solutions for short-term rental owners in Spain. Services include digital certificates, SES Hospedajes registration, and a fully managed guest registration service. We can also secure Modelo 400's and VV Licenses (Canaries only).

What makes Villa Check In unique compared to competitors?

What automation tools does Villa Check In use?

We use our own purpose-built platform alongside Google Workspace, HubSpot, Trello, Mailchimp, and the SES Hospedajes platform for efficient customer support and service automation.

Pricing

What is the pricing for your services?

Digital certificates cost €100 and expire after one year. SES registration is €45 per property (excl. 7% IGIC). Guest registration is charged per booking: 1–2 bedrooms €15, 3–4 bedrooms €18, 5+ bedrooms €20. Bulk discounts available for property managers with 10+ properties.

What is the SES Hospedajes system, and why is it important?

From 2 December 2024, all holiday rental property owners in Spain must register with SES Hospedajes to comply with Spanish law. It replaced the old Guardia Civil and National Police platforms. Villa Check In can manage this entire process for you.

What happens if my property is currently registered with the Guardia Civil?

The Guardia Civil and National Police registration systems are now non-compliant. There is no transfer service — you must start from scratch with SES Hospedajes. Villa Check In can assist with the full migration.

How does the guest registration process work with Villa Check In?

Guests check in through our secure portal, where they view booking details and complete their registration. We handle the secure transmission of guest data to the SES system within 24 hours of arrival.

What should I do if I find the registration process too complex?
