Guest Registration

Once your property is registered with SES Hospedajes, Villa Check In generates a unique registration link for each guest booking. This link is sent directly to your guest by email, WhatsApp, iMessage or SMS, allowing them to complete their registration easily from their phone, tablet, or computer. Other than adding your bookings (manually, via iCal or API), that's it!

1/2 bedrooms €15.00 per booking

3/4 bedrooms €18.00 per booking

5+ bedrooms €20.00 per booking

Property Manager 1–9 properties (any size) €15.00 per booking

Property Manager 10–49 properties (any size) €12.50 per booking

Property Manager 50+ properties (any size) €10.00 per booking

Digital Certificates

Used for many Spanish governmental processes online. Villa Check In will arrange a contract to provide you with a digital certificate remotely via VideoID verification. You do not need to be in Spain to arrange this.

SES Hospedajes Property Registration

If you already have your digital certificate but are struggling to register yourself with the SES Hospedajes platform, Villa Check In can do this on your behalf using your digital certificate.

Fixed fee €45

Tourist Licenses

This service includes Villa Check In, acting on your behalf, pulling together all of the paperwork involved to generate your Tourist License including your claim book. Payment is only required once we secure the Tourist licence. No licence, no fee.

Número de Registro de Alquiler (NRA)

Villa Check In will apply for the Número de Registro de Alquiler (NRA) using your digital certificate, pay the application fee and endeavour to get your permanent number for the OTAs (Online Travel Agents). This is unfortunately not 100% guaranteed — if the authorities decline your application, we will endeavour to assist you.
